Level 4 NCFE

This course is a 6-9 month programme which covers the age range from 0 - 5 years and consists of the following 5 units (including a research project) to be completed by providing written evidence, observation and profession discussion,

• Enabling children to learn

• Promote health and wellbeing

• Implementing change

• Working with others to support SEN

• Working with families and other professionals

The course is aimed at Room Seniors who have been in post for at least 1 year (and hold a level 3 qualification). Learners will develop and use skills of leadership, mentoring, coaching and reflection as they complete the qualification through work-based learning opportunities.
